It introduces essential digital skills, helping participants with little or no prior experience become comfortable with the basics of technology. After completing this course, learners will be equipped to progress to higher levels or specialize in areas like office software.
By the end of this course, learners will be able to:

⦁ Understand basic functions and features of their device
⦁ Connect to the internet and navigate websites
⦁ Set up and use email
⦁ Use basic applications such as a web browser and word processor
