Speak with Confidence – English Conversation & Pronunciation

This course is designed to help learners develop confidence in speaking English in everyday situations. Focusing on conversational English and pronunciation, the course aims to improve learners’ fluency, clarity, and ability to engage in real-life conversations. The course includes phonics practice to strengthen the foundation of clear speech, ensuring learners can communicate effectively in both social and professional contexts.

By the end of this course, learners will:

⦁ Enhance conversational skills: Engage in structured conversations about everyday topics, improving fluency and vocabulary.
⦁ Improve pronunciation: Master key sounds in English, focusing on phonics to improve pronunciation and clarity.
⦁ Build confidence in real-life communication: Practice speaking in everyday situations, such as at work, school, or in public, through role-playing exercises.
⦁ Expand vocabulary: Learn common phrases and idioms used in everyday English conversation.
⦁ Improve listening skills: Develop the ability to understand native English speakers and respond accurately.

⦁ Basic English: Learners should have a basic understanding of English.
⦁ Willingness to participate in speaking exercises: Learners will be expected to engage in conversations, role-plays, and pronunciation drills during the course.
⦁ Commitment to practice: Outside practice is encouraged to reinforce lessons and improve speaking skills.

     ⦁ National Insurance number may be required
     ⦁ Live in Lambeth or Wandsworth
